Massive Clarity Matrix Video Wall is Central to City's Crime Management and Reduction Efforts

The Memphis Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center monitors crime hotspots throughout the city by analyzing surveillance, intelligence and data from a variety of real-time sources. To enhance the city’s crime management and reduction efforts, the Memphis Police Department installed a curved Clarity® Matrix™ LCD Video Wall System in a 13x2 array in the Real Time Crime Center. The expansive installation significantly improves crime scene visibility, helping officers and staff to monitor criminal activity more effectively.

With support from the Clarity® Visual Control Station™ (VCS™) Video Wall Processor, content from multiple sources can be displayed anywhere on the video wall, allowing Crime Center operators to obtain a big-picture view of crimes that are developing or in process and better respond to incidents.
