Weather Widget notification. The ContentSmart software weather widget supplier – World Weather Online – has discontinued their free API. Only paid API keys will continue to be supported by our widget. If the end user chooses to continue using the service they will need to purchase their own API key from World Weather Online. Once the end user is signed up and has obtained an account key, it can then be applied to the widget to continue to use the weather widget.
