Project Overview
The North Carolina Biotechnology Center (NCBC), located in Research Triangle Park, is a life science organization and the nation’s first state-sponsored biotechnology initiative. The NCBC helps bring ideas to market, provides market research and works to grow North Carolina’s cluster of life science companies to meet industry needs.
As part of a phased improvement to its facilities, the NCBC installed a nearly 14-foot-long, 8-foot-high Planar® TVF Series LED video wall in its 170-seat auditorium. The new installation equips the auditorium space with the latest in LED technology for enhanced presentations including web conferencing and live streaming of events. Modernizing to the TVF Series improves the clarity of presented materials—particularly scientific data—and increases the relevancy of the NCBC in Research Triangle Park, home to several prominent life science companies.
